In the case of interpreting
services described in the first two points above settlements
are based on the
number of hours with the minimum time being 3 hours. For interpreting
services described in the other points settlements are
based on 4 and 8 hour segments.
Interpreting services involving travel
are charged by 8 hour segments only. In addition the Customer
shall meet the transport
and accommodation costs of the interpreter.
If the Customer
should cancel the assignment 1 day prior to its planned date
a charge amounting to 50% of the ordered time
of
the interpreter shall be levied.
